Frequently asked questions
Q) What if we need more sheets, towels, kitchen or bath
supplies?
A) There are extra supplies under the bathroom sink.
Q) Should we buy groceries before or after we get to the
condo?
A) I would highly suggest you buy groceries before you get to
the condo. There is a Food Lion in Cherokee if you come
from the East and there are two Food Way Grocery Stores in
Pigeon Forge as well as one in Gatlinburg if you come from
the west. If you see a grocery store you better stop because
they are few and far between.
Q) How do we get firewood?
A) Firewood is provided from October to April. Just go to the
covered area by the office and load up. If you run out of
starter sticks they are for sale just about anywhere you shop.
Q) Why wouldn't the person in the office help me?
A) The office is managed by a Real Estate management
company. My Condo is not on there rental program therefore
they have no obligation to assist you. If you need anything

Q) What are the check out procedures?
A) Just take out the trash, put all the dishes in the
dishwasher, start it, put the dirty linens in the tub, and leave
the keys on the counter for the cleaning person to pick up.
Q) Is there daily maid service to replace sheets, pillow
cases, towels, or any other kitchen or bathroom supplies?
A) No, if you need to replace sheets, pillow cases, bathroom
or kitchen supplies, look under the bathroom sink. There
should be more than you could possibly use.
